Love skating enough to do it in your own house? Pierre-André Senizergues, founder of action-sports brand Sole Technology, does, and earlier this month he brought a long-cherished dream closer to fruition with the debut of the PAS House, a fully skatable single-family home. An 800-sq.-ft. model of the concept, designed by Gil le Bon Delapointe, was created for an exhibition at La Gaîté theater in Paris to celebrate 25 years of Sole Tech’s Etnies brand. And until the real thing can be built in Malibu, Calif. (there are hold-ups with the coastal commission, Senizergues said), this is the next best thing. “It is exhilarating to skate in the house and to watch some of the top pros enjoy skating, too,” he said. “For me, the house represents the future and how skateboarding can intersect into all areas of our lives, even down to where we cook, we sleep and hang with friends and family.”

Jessica Paster is practicing what she preaches. The celebrity stylist is crossing over to the world of shoe design after years of styling for a client list of major names including Kate Beckinsale, Emily Blunt, Jennifer Hudson and Uma Thurman. And according to Paster, her line will be all about height. “Everybody will tell you they’ve never seen me in anything other than a high heel,” she told Spy. “The only time I don’t [wear pumps] is when I go for a run, but trust me, I would if I could.” Her 12-style capsule collection will debut exclusively on (where Paster also serves as chief stylist) on Nov. 15. The shoes, which will sell for $40, will feature velvet, beading, sparkle and satin to create a holiday feel on a variety of flats, heels and boots. But this collection might be just the beginning for Paster. “By next year I hope to have my own shoe line in stores,” she said.

It was a family affair last week for Swizz Beatz. The artist drew a high-profile guest list — Diddy, Busta Rhymes, wife Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, Clive Davis — to the launch party for Reebok’s refreshed Classics line in New York, where the line’s creative director performed with rapper Lloyd Banks (below). And the A-listers got a friendly shout out from the musician on stage, who thanked them for making time for a weeknight fête in Midtown. “They’ve got boats and planes and things. They don’t need to be here,” said Swizz. Also getting a little on-stage love were Adidas global brands head Erich Stamminger and Reebok prez Uli Becker, as well as Classics head Todd Krinsky, who, to be accurate, got more of a command than a shout out. Citing strong sales of the initial shoe releases, Swizz took the mic to order, “Todd, we gotta triple the shipment.”
