FN Pick: The View at DVF

A powerful front row got a look at more than fashion.

Diane von Furstenberg's spring collection definitely had a vision — one that mixed real-world power players with fashion's first view of augmented reality. The designer's show at Lincoln Center, in front of Oscar de la Renta, Andy Cohen, Sarah Jessica Parker and Barry Diller (her husband), took a bold step into the future. Von Furstenberg embraced sci-fi gadgetry by sending out models wearing the Glass by Google, eyewear equipped with tiny cameras and monitors.
