The Reebok Classic turned 30 this year. To celebrate the sneaker’s hip-hop roots, the brand held a music showcase last Wednesday at New York’s SOB’s nightclub and filled the room with VIP guests, including singer Brandy, Doug E. Fresh and retail collaborators. But Reebok turned things up a notch with performances from rappers Ace Hood (at right), Travi$ Scott and Kirko Bangz, and displayed kicks from the upcoming City Classics collection, curated by graffiti artist Stash.
