FN Pick: Pat Field Punks Converse

A special appearance at the Met Museum revived rockin' memories.

Converse is connecting with its musical roots. At the unveiling of its Rock Craftsmanship line of sneakers at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York last week, the athletic brand turned to Patricia Field to talk about style during punk rock’s heyday. Aside from reminiscing about nights at clubs such as CBGB and Max’s Kansas City, the designer and her team also customized 40 pairs of Chuck Taylors for guests.
