Before the new season of HBO hit “Girls” returned on Sunday, Lena Dunham was having a major moment — and the fashion world took notice. The show’s creator and star, who will grace Vogue’s cover in February, worked the circuit last week with ever-changing footwear looks. In a single day, Dunham appeared first on “Good Morning America” in Theory pumps, followed by Jimmy Choo’s Aza mid-heels while en route to “Late Show With David Letterman.” Later that night, she wore more Jimmy Choo, the glittering Tartini style, at her show’s red-carpet premiere.
