After 23 years at Bloomingdale's, Kevin Harter still knows how to keep things fresh. "I'm the luckiest guy in the world to have this job," said the VP of men's fashion direction for the retailer. "The industry is always changing and there are always new trends, so every season my job seems new to me." Another cause for excitement has been footwear, he added. Last month, the New York flagship opened a men's-only Louis Vuitton shop with a significant shoe presentation.
