Vegas' Leading Ladies

WIFI's Vegas chapter brought women from various levels of management together to discuss the industry.

The industry's brightest females came together in Vegas.

Sponsored by Two Ten Footwear Foundation's Women in Footwear Industry (WIFI) Vegas chapter, the "Leading Ladies" discussion was led by Zappos.com's Kathy Forstadt.

Uniting females with various levels of experience, the panel explored different management styles in business. Speakers included Hollie Delaney, director of HR at Zappos.com; Jocelyn Kung, founder and CEO of The Kung Group; Julie Molleston, executive VP of HR for Advanstar; and Diane Woods, VP and general manager of Timberland North America.

Attendees participated in real-time polling via cellphone to log questions for the panelists.

"We have women at different points in their careers who attend [WIFI events]," said Tanya Allain, manager of special events and programs at Two Ten. It's exciting to be able to use technology to make sure that we're asking questions that are relevant to the audience in the room."
