Lonnie Moore and Mike Malin, the brains behind such L.A. celebrity hot spots as Geisha House and Les Deux, have finally opened a Vegas venue: Rare 120 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. “It’s girl-friendly and feels like a party inside,” said Moore. “The clientele will compete with The Hotel and the Wynn, but will still have a rock ’n’ roll attitude.” The three-month-old steakhouse boasts refreshing appetizers such as Hawaiian ahi and hamachi tartare with mint and lemon chili sorbet ($16) and rice-cracker tuna with blood-orange lime aioli ($12). Follow that up with Polynesian chicken wings with tupelo honey ($12) or a tender 10 oz. filet mignon ($39). “Before going to Rehab on Sundays,” said Moore of the infamous Vegas pool party, “hit up our bikini brunch.”

Details: Open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 5:30 p.m.-midnight; Friday and Saturday until 1 a.m.
