Gio Diev is holding fast to its penchant for creating feminine footwear with a twist. The 3-year-old, New York-based label, headed up by designer Gio Metodiev, paired geometric shapes, metallic touches and snakeskin with more traditional bridal embellishments such as pearls and white satin ribbon for its spring ’13 bridal offering. The shoes retail for $725 to $995 and are available at Saks Fifth Avenue and Harvey Nichols, as well as a variety of specialty boutiques in the U.S. and internationally.
