Agatha Ruiz de la Prada knows what little girls want. The Spanish designer’s spring ’11 collection is full of bright colors and whimsical details, including heart, flower and cupcake appliqués. Silhouettes are kept simple, with sandals, espadrilles and Mary Jane styles, all sporting playful patterns. The collection, produced by Spanish footwear giant Garvalin and distributed in the U.S. by Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Sabatino Ltd., retails from $28 to $90 at Zappos.com, Shoofly in New York, Wee Soles in Los Angeles, Piggy Toes in Chicago and Saxon Shoes in Richmond, Va.
