Designer Raf Simons made himself at home at Christian Dior. Spring’s forward-looking takes on everything from little black dresses to mini shorts were both feminine and strong, and Simons presented a modern collection that will entice women across the globe. And while the accessories now complement the clothes (rather than perhaps overshadowing them in seasons past), Simons stepped up the shoes a notch with sleek slingback pumps that solidified the season's tone of sophistication. Here, the razor-sharp pointy toe, asymmetrical metallic toecap and sculpted heel shape make a clear statement that Dior aims to put its best foot forward in the Raf Simons era.
