The allure of pure gold never wears off and these Derek Lam mirrored metallic oxfords glowed with 24-karat shine at his latest runway outing. Lam didn’t shy away from higher heel heights, in fact, pointy-toe booties with hints of metallic paired nicely with tailored pants or leather pencil skirts featuring girly embroidery. But amid a plethora of beautiful soaring heels shown so far this week, it was this high-polish flat with man-tailored perfing details that commanded attention, bringing new meaning to gold metal.
