With perforated leather panels, mesh details, multistraps and tractor soles, even sleek stilettos are getting the sporty treatment for spring. While wedge sneakers are not to be discounted, their sexier cousin, the sneaker stiletto, stole the show at DKNY, complete with rubber platforms and Velcro closures.
