Frida Giannini kept it simple, at least when it came to the shoes. For Gucci’s spring ’13 offering, the creative director paired bright silk, monochromatic looks with elegant strappy sandals. A minimalist white T-strap made for a sexy classic style, while the thick ankle brace and iconic gold hardware added the essential Gucci edge. The ready-to-wear collection might have had a distinctly 1970s spin, but this sleek sandal kept the line moving forward.
