The long flowing trains often made it hard to pick out the shoes during the 61st Annual 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, but from what we can tell, Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo were the clear winners of the night.

Celebs, including Mariska Hargitay, Kourtney Kardashian, Heidi Klum and Blake Lively, donned Louboutin’s creations as they walked the red carpet. Sporting Choos were Jenna Fischer, January Jones, Sandra Oh and Olivia Wilde.

Shohreh Aghdashloo and Amy Poehler wore Stuart Weitzman for their red carpet strolls. Tina Fey and Kim Kardashian were in Gucci. Mila Kunis and Jane Krakowski each strutted in Ferragamo, as did “Entourage” star Adrian Grenier, who went with a head-to-toe Ferragamo look from tuxedo to shoes.

Leighton Meester wore Roger Vivier, while Kate Walsh sparkled in Louis Vuitton. Christina Hendricks posed in Prada heels to complement her L’Wren Scott dress. Drew Barrymore wore Casadei with her pink, strapless Monique Lhuillier gown.

Hayden Panettiere shined in gold Bally platform pumps, while Elisabeth Moss wore Sergio Rossi.

Singer Sarah McLachlan arrived in Dana Davis.

Cole Haan also had a high profile evening, on the feet of Rob Lowe, Chris O’Donnell, Perrey Reeves, Elizabeth Perkins and Cobie Smulders.
