Jill Stuart's fairy-tale show on Saturday morning had something for everyone in terms of shoes, as menswear-inspired and ultra-ladylike styles paraded down the runway. While loafers on stacked wooden wedges and tortoise-shell adornments complemented fur, outerwear and conservative silk dresses, it was one of the youthful feminine styes that stole the show. Suede closed-toe sandals with ankle straps on chunky heels adorned with floral embroidery and neat bows made the sweetest statement, even compared with similar sandals with dainty gold piping. The flirty styles were the perfect accessory to the blush, nude and metallic looks that closed the show.
