Top Shoe Exec Resigns From Under Armour

Raphael Peck leaving company to pursue other interests.

Under Armour said late Tuesday its footwear head has left the company.

According to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, Raphael Peck, SVP of Footwear and an executive officer, resigned from the firm, effective June 12.

An Under Armour spokesperson told Footwear News the company has been searching for a new footwear head since early 2009 and is expected to name a replacement in the coming months.

In the meantime, Adam Peake, VP of sales, is serving as the interim executive in charge of footwear.
