While rain put a damper on the 67th Annual Golden Globes — and most celebs donned long dresses Sunday evening — footwear designers were still out on the red carpet in full force.
Anna Paquin perhaps chose the boldest footwear of the night — Stella McCartney double-platform sandals — but many critics panned the look. Meanwhile, Kate Hudson teetered down the red carpet in her towering Casadei pumps.
Most stars went a bit safer, however, and peep-toes seemed to be the most popular style of the night. Casadei outfitted several A-listers in addition to Hudson, including Jennifer Garner, and Sandra Bullock. Jimmy Choo was seen on the feet of Marion Cotillard, Olivia Wilde, Drew Barrymore and Emily Blunt, among others. And red carpet favorite Christian Louboutin scored with Jennifer Meyer, Kristen Bell and Amy Adams.
Brian Atwood also had a big night, with Ginnifer Goodman and January Jones both sporting the designers’ shoes. Julia Roberts chose Lanvin, while Julianne Moore donned Balenciaga.
