Timberland Co. on Monday said in an filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Gene McCarthy would leave his post as co-president, effective Friday.
According to an 8-K filing, the company will disclose the “terms and conditions of the separation and any amounts payable to Mr. McCarthy” once the two parties agree on those matters.
Timberland did not return calls seeking further comment at press time.
