Deckers Outdoor Corp. announced Monday that CFO Thomas Hillebrandt had resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Hillebrandt’s resignation, which was effective March 20, has triggered a search for his successor. In the interim, Zohar Ziv, Deckers’ COO (and former CFO), will act as the Goleta, Calif.-based company’s principal financial and accounting officer.
“On behalf of the company and the board of directors, I want to thank Tom for his many contributions,” Angel Martinez, president, chairman and CEO of Deckers, said in a statement. “We wish him every success in the future.”
