Roger Vivier Creative Director Bruno Frisoni gave devoted clients the VIP treatment at Bergdorf Goodman on Tuesday. Before presenting Vivier’s spring ’09 collection at the luxe emporium’s second-floor shoe salon, the designer fine-tuned the styling on some couture stilettos. “When you do something that no one understands, you have to do it yourself,” he said, while painstakingly arranging ribbons.

Among the attendees at the event were Bergdorf’s CEO Jim Gold and SVP of shoes Sally Ross. And Burt Tansky, CEO of parent company Neiman Marcus, made a brief cameo appearance.
