NONSTOP SHOP: Isla Fisher really got into character during the filming of "Confessions of a Shopaholic" at Henri Bendel. The star of "Wedding Crashers" and wife of Sacha Baron Cohen shopped in between takes, purchasing a mix of clothing and accessories. "We're one of her favorite stores," said a Bendel's spokeswoman. Bendel's has a key role in the film, which is about a young journalist in New York City with a shopping addiction. "[Isla's] character shops at Bendel's often, being that she's a shopaholic," she said. "Confessions," based on the novel by Sophie Kinsella, took over the store from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. for three nights early this month. The final scenes at the store were filmed in the wee hours of Sunday morning. "It's been quite a few years since we've had a shoot at Bendel's," the spokeswoman said. The last film was "Simply Irresistible," a 1999 romantic comedy starring Sarah Michelle Gellar.
