Creation Institution to Introduce Fashion Week Collections Program

TOKYO — The Japan Creation Institution, which launched last month, will introduce a new collections program at the seventh Japan Fashion Week, to be held Sept. 1 to 7, and the eighth Japan Fashion Week, from March 9 to 14.
