Jensen played with proportion and scale in this kooky take on Fifties Americana - a la Doris Day. There were oversized gingham print apron dresses, pleated skirts with tulle petticoats and a blue shift printed with swans. Jensen also worked alongside Laurie Simmons on a photographic installation that showcased the collection shrunk to fit paper dolls. Conceptual approach notwithstanding, Jensen turned out a pretty and commercial collection.
