The rebel and obedient school kid collided at Marithé and François Girbaud’s show, ranging from functional sportswear such as pedal pushers trussed up with zips, chains and lacing, to softer plays on preppy staples: pastel cotton pinafores with wide pleats, and variations on the trench.
