Christophe Lemaire’s newly named Black collection for Lacoste offered plenty of comfort in his women’s lineup of cozy knits, but voluminous double-faced wool coats had the most impact. In men’s wear (see images), Lemaire showed strongest conviction with his milky-colored, fine-knit suits, but sweaters — from a shawl-collared, double-breasted cozy cardigan to geometric patterned pullovers — held the most appeal.
