The Green Initiative Humanitarian Fashion Show brought together environmentally minded designers, starting with Emily Factor’s boldly colored print dresses and skirts dyed with organic vegetable and soy dyes. For EcoSkin, Sandy Skinner worked organic cotton jersey dresses and separates into wearable shapes, while Barbara Boswell’s Lilikoi collection featured silk-screened pieces, all accented with Kathleen Plate’s delicate recycled-glass rings and necklaces from Smart Glass Jewelry.
