While most eyes were on Milan last week, Madrid was hosting its own fashion week. Off the runways, the city’s leading looks included a bit of everything, from novelty knits, bomber jackets and faux fur to the ubiquitous leather leggings — much of it piled high with hats, big bags and scarves for an ecclectic-chic look.
