Inspired by the film “Bugsy Malone,” Rachel Roy turned out a chic, quirky collection aimed at “not taking yourself too seriously.” She focused on fabrics and added zipper trimmings and studded shoulder pads as embellishments on everything from cocktail dresses to sheer blazers.
