Zac Posen Moving to Midtown

The designer has taken 15,000 square feet at 3 E. 54th Street in Manhattan and will be leaving his long-time home at 13-17 Laight Street.

NEW DIGS: Zac Posen is moving on up...town, that is.

The designer has taken 15,000 square feet at 3 E. 54th Street in Manhattan and will be leaving his long-time home at 13-17 Laight Street, where he occupies 10,000 square feet, according to real estate sources. Posen has been in the Tribeca/Chinatown area since starting his business in the early 2000s. The new space, in the Plaza District, spans a full floor and the plan is to relocate there by September. The property is owned by Charles Cohen and Posen was represented by Savitt Partners. A spokeswoman for Posen declined to comment.
