WHITE LIGHT: Alexander Wang’s brand will amp up Milan Fashion Week and the city’s White trade show with the presentation of a stark white rendition of its ever-famous Rocco bag. The White Pony Rocco Bag, made exclusively for posh Milanese boutique Antonioli and London’s Selfridges, will make its debut in Milan on Sept. 23, at the Antonioli concept store. A tribute to Wang’s edgy street style, the sleek tote is crafted with lamb and pony calf hide and a metal-studded base. Boutique founder Claudio Antonioli is planning the event with White Milano trade show organizers and said this collaboration is part of his company’s ongoing quest for the world’s best designers. “Wang is one of the most important designers around. He is a designer that I personally appreciate,” Antonioli said.
