BLOCK PARTY: Uniqlo will be taking over Tokyo's stylish Omotesando Avenue this coming weekend with a three-day fashion festival. Much of the "Uniqlo Fashion Fes" action will take place in the Omotesando Hills shopping complex, where there will be fashion shows and question-and-answer sessions with local models and television personalities. The mall will also house a temporary shop selling Uniqlo products selected by editors at some of Japan's top fashion magazines, including Sweet, Very and Baila. Elsewhere in the same neighborhood, Uniqlo will temporarily take over cafes, a lounge and a juice stand with special advertising messages and menu items.
