POP LIFE: A très American white picket fence and tidy green lawn sprung up Thursday night in front of the Pompidou Centre for the first appearance of Tommy Hilfiger pop-up shop presenting the Hilfiger Prep World line. “I’m looking forward to Easter and eating a lot of chocolate,” said French actress Zoe Felix, clad in chinos and a striped shirt. The brunette noted she has a number of theater and film projects lined up. Inside the faux-timber cottage, Josephine de la Baume mixed a plethora of tunes, while preppy waiters proffered trays of cosmopolitans. The pop-up store is to travel to other cities including Milan, where the shop will spring up by the Duomo, and New York in the Meatpacking district. The ephemeral Paris shop will remain open through today.
