Kate Bosworth Teams Up With Topshop

TOGETHER AGAIN: Yet another famous Kate has been at work in Topshop’s design room. Kate Bosworth has teamed with the brand on a collection called simply The Collection, which is pegged as “the ultimate capsule wardrobe for winter” and a reflection of Bosworth’s style.

The actress developed the 46-piece collection alongside the Topshop design team, creating a range that mixes masculine and feminine with oversize and fitted silhouettes. As a counterpoint to the more bohemian-leaning festival campaign that Bosworth also appeared in, this collection is more pared back, with an oversize collarless coat in shearling, biker pants, a cashmere gray marle T, a metallic leather skirt, shirting in leather and silk chiffon and accessories in the mix.

For fall, Bosworth said that she wanted to create “luxurious pieces with a strong minimalist approach” that remained faithful to “the mix of masculine-feminine balance that exists in my personal aesthetic.”

The Collection launches in stores and globally online today, with prices ranging from 35 pounds, or $56.57 at current exchange, for a T, to 500 pounds, or $808, for a shearling crombie coat.
