TIME CHANGE: J. Crew has another collaboration, this time with Tourneau. The watch company has reached into its archives to bring back its defunct French watch label Mougin & Piquard. Working with Frank Muytjens, J. Crew’s head of men’s design, and his team the company created a limited edition watch based on a cache of sketches from the brand’s archives and some details requested by the retailer. There is one style but two different colored dials. The watches feature Swiss quartz movement and parts and are available only at J. Crew. The watches will be sold in the company’s men’s stores, including its newest addition at the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle in New York, which opens Tuesday. The watches, which will also be sold online, will retail for $425.
