Amerie, Ciara and Amber Rose were shoulder-to-shoulder at Nicole Miller. Amerie’s next album, “In Love and War,” hits stores Nov. 3. “Heard ’Em All” is the single with Lil Wayne to look for, but she doesn’t feel that way about the fashion crowd. “This is a great opportunity for people to see designers as artists,” Amerie said. “We’re so used to just going into stores and purchasing clothes. It is great to take a moment to stop to enjoy their vision as artists.” Yes, she has been pulling tear sheets for inspiration for her own collection, but she is in no big hurry. “I want to start small and do something that I would actually wear,” she said.
