HACK JOB: A throng of well-heeled ladies shuffled out of the January drear and into a virtual spring at Dior’s 57th Street boutique in New York on Wednesday afternoon for a tea and book signing for Jamee Gregory’s “New York Parties: Private Views.” As guests fought off seasonal affective disorder among the floral prints and bright lights, Gregory explained she had been a bit unsure of the turnout, as her e-mail account had recently been hacked. “All of my friends got an e-mail that said, ‘Stay home and make millions,’” the hostess said. “And I said, ‘No! Come to Dior for tea.’ ”
