Tia Cibani Collaborating With Anthropologie

The designer teamed with the retailer to create an exclusive Kicokids capsule collection with pieces for girls aged 2 to 6.

THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT: Tia Cibani, who left her role as creative director of Ports 1961 last year to focus on her children’s wear line Kicokids, just bagged a new collaboration with Anthropologie. Cibani and her creative and business partner, Shu Pu, teamed with the retailer to create an exclusive Kicokids capsule collection for its stores, with pieces for girls aged 2 to 6 launching in Anthropologie stores starting next month. Cibani clearly hasn’t lost the eclectic touch she had brought to Ports 1961 over the years — among the top items for Anthropologie is a patchwork-printed skirt with crinoline hems, for instance.
