Koch will be at New York’s Penn Station this morning giving out $100 vouchers good toward a new Weatherproof coat in exchange for a gently used coat donated to New York Cares. And how did the Weatherproof folks persuade the 86-year-old Koch to hobnob around Penn Station during rush hour? The old-fashioned way: They paid him.
