SOURCE MATERIAL: Betsey Johnson was theater-bound on Thursday night to take in the latest incarnation of Nora and Delia Ephron’s Off-Broadway play “Love, Loss and What I Wore.” The current cast, which rotates every four to five weeks and has included Kristin Chenoweth, Haylie Duff, LaLa Anthony and Janeane Garofalo, among others, features Fern Mallis, Katie Lee, Veanne Cox, Lillias White and Nancy Dussault. Johnson’s paper dress, popularized in the Sixties, is the subject of one of the monologues in the show.
