PIE IN THE SKY: Diesel artistic director Nicola Formichetti and Serpentine Gallery co-directors Julia Peyton Jones and Hans Ulrich Obrist hosted the annual Future Contemporaries X Diesel Reboot Party at The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion on Monday night.

Sou Fujimoto's pavilion, lit up like a giant climbing frame, was the stage for a mini outdoor festival with guests who included Amber Le Bon, Clara Paget, The Vaccines, Astrid Harbord, Henry Conway, Atlanta de Cadanet and Jonathan Yeo. They took in electronic duo Aluna George and grooved to DJs Horsemeat Disco, Hanna Hanra and Pandora's Jukebox. London food truck sensation Pizza Pilgrims dished out hot pies. "I don't eat wheat or cheese, but because I'm desperate for food, I'm having a pizza," photographer Miles Aldridge said as he tucked in. Aldridge, who is currently staging an exhibition at Somerset House, is also planning a shoot there of women looking at the photos, thereby creating "an endless self perpetuating spiral," he teased.
