His take included salary of $1 million, nonequity incentives of $3.4 million, stock awards valued at $2.6 million and other compensation, which totaled $94,167 and included $32,260 for personal use of company aircraft. Sadove might not realize the full value of his stock awards, which are tied to the company’s performance.
