PIKE'S PLACE: Rosamund Pike made an appearance at L.K. Bennett's Beverly Center store on Tuesday night to celebrate the launch of The Rosamund Bag Spring collection, which she designed. The top-handle bags weren't made for shoulder-wearing. "I wanted it to be a bag that you could feel free to swing around like Julie Christie in 'Darling' circa 1962," said Pike. She also added a safety-pin shaped zipper pull in honor of her favorite earring. "People always think I'm really classic but I have a little more rock and roll edge to me than people realize," she said. The Rosamund and Rosie bags (retailing for $595 and $525 respectively), come in black, white, red and cobalt. Pike also had a grey version made for herself, which she brought to the party. The actress is currently filming "Gone Girl" opposite Ben Affleck, but said she's "sworn to secrecy" about details.
