CREATURE COMFORTS: An exhibition of designer Rick Owens’ furniture, called “Magic Mountain,” will be held in the Chesa Planta Museum, in Samedan, Switzerland, near Saint Moritz. The show, which opens on Jan. 28, will bring together an array of artisanal pieces made from rare materials and tinged with Owens’ Goth-meets-luxury aesthetic. These include two wooden chairs each adorned with a stag antler and a black plywood daybed replete with a cowhide mattress. Also on display will be a limited-edition window curtain of ivory-colored mink and smaller objects such as ashtrays, vases and cups.
