RALPH LAUREN CORP. CFO RESIGNS: Tracey T. Travis, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has told Ralph Lauren Corp. she is leaving effective July 30 to pursue other interests.
The news that she has decided to exit was made public per a regulatory filing, a Form 8-K, with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
The company said it will consider both internal and external candidates for her replacement. Robert L. Madore, 47, will serve as interim cfo. He has been with the firm since 2004 and is currently senior vice president of finance. He will continue in both roles until the appointment of a permanent cfo.
Travis joined the company in January 2005. Previously, she was at Limited Brands Inc., holding the post of senior vice president of finance and cfo of its Intimate Brands.
