HEADING HOME: Prada’s Luna Rossa team is leaving New Zealand and moving closer to the Italian fashion company’s home shores, with the next event of the America’s Cup World Series scheduled from April 16 to 21 in Naples. AC 45 catamarans Luna Rossa Piranha and Luna Rossa Swordfish, steered by Chris Draper and Francesco Bruni respectively, will compete.
Since last October, the Luna Rossa crew had been undergoing rigorous training in Auckland in preparation for the Louis Vuitton Cup-Challenger Selection Series and the America’s Cup in San Francisco this year.
