PINK LADY: Will the artistic director of Emanuel Ungaro turn up at the French house’s fashion show this morning? As with all things Lindsay Lohan, it’s a tough call, and some sources in Paris are betting the incendiary celebrity could pull a no-show, leaving chief designer Estrella Archs to take a bow solo. Lohan did not seem to be on killer deadline Sunday afternoon, and had the scooter-riding paparazzi trail her in and out of the John Galliano show, where the scrum inside became so intense, French Vogue’s Carine Roitfeld ran for cover and exited the show. Ungaro declined all comment Sunday night.
