WELCOMING PARTY: With the Paris shows now ended, and the fashion pack slowly trickling back to New York, it’s time for the event season to kick into full gear again. Tonight, Elie and Rory Tahari are opening their SoHo home to fete the new members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In addition to the 28 additions to the CFDA, guests expected at Tahari’s triplex include CFDA president Diane von Furstenberg, Martha Stewart, Vera Wang, Marjorie Gubelman, Prosper Assouline, Peter Som, Richard Chai, Adam Lippes, Reed Krakoff and Tory Burch.
