PHOTO PLEASE: Julia Roberts is known to hold her own with the paparazzi — even more so when her children are under fire. But her niece Emma was more than game for a few photo-ops Saturday night at Ruffian’s show.
When asked, the 17-year-old gladly sprung up from her seat to pose with hand on hip. She plays “your average, little 16-year-old Lolita” in “Lymelife,” which stars Cynthia Nixon and Alec Baldwin and makes its debut today at the Toronto Film Festival. Her role as a high school basketball player in Sam Rockwell’s forthcoming “Winning Season” required a different kind of action. Roberts said she worked with a couple of different trainers for a few hours a day to learn how to play basketball. It seems to have paid off.
“I’m good at jumpers now,” she said.
