PARLI ITALIANO?: On Thursday night, several editors, including Elle’s Robbie Myers and Architectural Digest’s Margaret Russell, and about-town types — i.e. Lake Bell, Happy Massee, Natalie Joos and Chelsea Leyland — showed up at Prada on Madison Avenue. The occasion? To salute Italy, more specifically, the Friends of FAI, the nonprofit that aims to promote appreciation and support for the preservation of Italian buildings and properties with significance. The night benefited the fund and restoration of the Abbey of Saint Mary of Cerrate in Puglia, and this being all about Italy, plenty of Italian chatter could be heard, too. Chiara de Rege, Céline Crosa di Vergagni and Nicolò Foscari Widmann Rezzonico hosted the event.
